Taiyo Radi-Can Cars
Taiyo’s Radi-Can cars were a unique and innovative line of miniature RC vehicles released in the early 2000s by the Japanese toy manufacturer Taiyo. What set these cars apart was their clever and compact packaging: each car came stored inside a can-shaped container, complete with a full-function radio controller as the lid. Despite their small scale, Radi-Can cars offered impressive drivability and charm.
The series featured officially licensed models of well-known vehicles, including the Volkswagen New Beetle, Mini Cooper, Mitsubishi Pajero, and many others—each carefully detailed and painted in a variety of colors and custom designs. These tiny racers became instant collectibles, beloved for their novelty, nostalgic appeal, and the fun of racing them indoors.
